Dear Colleagues,
It is my pleasure to announce the
10th Conference on Fast Field-Cycling NMR Relaxometry
This time the conference is organized by the University of Warmia and Mazury and it will take place in Mikołajki from Monday 5 June to Wednesday 7 June 2017.
This conference is the tenth in a series: the first meeting was organized in 1998 in Berlin, the next seven editions were organized in Torino between 2001 and 2013, finally in 2015 it was hosted by University of Aberdeen. This year the conference will be held in Mikołajki - a small town called “the Pearl of the Masuria” in the center of the Great Masurian Lakes District and a popular holiday and water sports resort.
Each edition of the meeting brings together scientists from all over the world, we meet to exchange our knowledge, experience and the results of scientific research in the field of NMR relaxometry. The discussion will focus on experimental techniques, data interpretation and theory, as well as applications studies performed by field-cycling and other low-frequency, time-domain and low-resolution NMR techniques.
Topics include experimental issues, background theory, modelling and applications in a variety of materials including but not restricted to solids, porous and heterogeneous systems, polymers, biological tissues and pharmaceuticals. Social events and get-togethers will provide a less formal atmosphere to get to know each other, to share our ideas, and to establish long-term fruitful collaborations.
I hope that all attendees of the 10th Conference on Fast Field-Cycling NMR Relaxometry will enjoy both the conference and the Masuria.
Information about the venue, programme and registration you can find in the corresponding sections (tabs).
PLEASE INFORM US ABOUT YOUR INTEREST IN PARTICIPATING IN THE CONFERENCE BEFORE MAY 5th sending email to ffc10@matman.uwm.edu.pl
We are looking forward to meeting you at the conference.
With best regards,
Danuta Kruk
